These easy meatballs are sweet-tangy, they always go fast at a party!

  1. In lg bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
  4. Place on 2 13x9 baking pans.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 30 minutes.
  6. Drain; place all meatballs on one pan.
  7. In saucepan, bring all sauce ingredients to a boil.
  8. Pour over meatballs.
  9. Bake, uncovered for another 20 minutes.

A wonderful tangy sweet meatball appetizer. I reduced the size to about and inch in size and doubled the amt. of meatballs.

I only made the meatballs,and boy were they ever messy to roll. I think next time I'll add a little less milk. I will try your sauce next time also.

I have this recipe, also, and it is a family favorite! Sometimes I'm lazy and make the meatballs a bit bigger just because they are so messy and it makes A LOT. The ones in the photo are a little bigger. Also, my recipe just says chopped onions but I liked *minced* much better, as this recipe calls for. I will be sure to mince the onions next time! They are messy to make but so very good!
