Fix It and Forget It Lightly. Slow Cooker. Serves 12
- 14 ounces currant jelly
- 1⁄4 cup mustard
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 30 ounces pineapple chunks
- 6 ounces cocktail franks
- Melt jelly in slow cooker. Stir in seasonings until blended.
- Drain pineapple chunks and cocktail franks. Discard juice. Stir into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours.
