A nice light appetizer, or a lively snack when served with toast points or warmed pitas.
- 2 cups yogurt, strained in cheesecloth overnight (makes roughly one cup)
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup fresh chives, minced
- 1 green onion, minced
- Combine everything in food processor and pulse until mixed, then process until smooth.
