A cold, crunchy salad with a tangy dressing. I made it up after having something similar at a company picnic.
- Cut broccoli florets off of heads and into bite size pieces. Pour dressing over broccoli and toss to coat. Add raisins and sunflower kernels and fold gently until well mixed. Add more or less dessing to taste.
