  1. Empty ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until desired thickness is reached.

This was good, but the consistency was not exactly what I wanted it like. So, I used an additional cup of low-fat plain yoghurt to get it to the consistency I wanted. I also added 2 tbsps. of honey and a little less than 2 tsps. of vanilla essence for the vanilla flavour.
