This is awesome - what a blend of flavors! I had to use oranges and didn't have any jalepeno but added a little more cayenne. No sunflower seeds either - slivered and toasted some almonds. Made for February Sun and Spice 2013
Rita, this is a delicious salad. I had to use mandrin oranges for the tangerines as I couldn't find any, and used orange peel for the tangerine. Loved the combonation of lime juice, balsamic vinegar, honey with the garlic, ginger and spices. I always have toasted sunflower seeds on hand as we love them on salsds. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Very delicious!! So refreshing!!!
