Tandy's Corn Dip

"This is a refreshing summertime dip. It looks beautiful in any dish. It will serve immediately or chilled."

• Yields: 6 cups

ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) can corn
• 1 (15 ounce) can mexicorn
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
• cherry tomatoes, cut up
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
• 1⁄4 red onion, chopped fine
• fresh cilantro
• 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with purple tortilla chips.
