This is a refreshing summertime dip. It looks beautiful in any dish. It will serve immediately or chilled.
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can mexicorn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- cherry tomatoes, cut up
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1⁄4 red onion, chopped fine
- fresh cilantro
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- Mix all ingredients together and serve with purple tortilla chips.
