    Directions:

      Cook pork in nonstick skillet 2 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.

      Transfer pork to platter.

      Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 1 minute.

      Add plums; cook and stir 1 minutes.

      Remove pan from heat and return pork to pan.

      Combine yogurt and flour; add to skillet.

      Stir in ginger, turmeric and pepper.

      Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      Serve over Nutty Rice (Nutty Rice) and surround with plum wedges, orange sections and green onions.
