This seasoning really adds flavour to your tandoori chicken, chicken tikkas, butter chicken and even dal makhani. A must-have for all kinds of barbecues. Very simple and tastes great!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper (cayenne)
  • 14-12 teaspoon red food coloring


  1. Grind cumin and coriander seeds to a fine powder in a grinder
  2. Stir in cayenne and food coloring and mix well.
  3. Store in a small airtight jar up to 2 months.
