Wow. This taste like a taste of India. I added a good amount of rub to about a cup of yogurt, and marinated some chicken in it for 3 days in the fridge. I then slow cooked it on the weber, and oh my. Will make several times again, and experiment with it a little more. Thanks.
Wonderful flavors. I used it on a whole chicken, which I BBQ'd on a spit. Turned out great. This is a keeper.
I used this rub on skinless drumsticks. It was nice and spicy.
