- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces Greek yogurt, low fat
- 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
directions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well.
- 2. Add chicken and marinate in the refridgerator for 24 hours. Remove toe chicken and discard marinade.
- 3. Preheat Broiler or a gril pan on the stovetop.
- 4. Broil of grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side.
