Authentic Recipe from Old Mexico. Passed down from generations of family members. Mild to Hot.... Your choice.
- 1 can small tomatoes or fresh tomato, diced
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro
- 3 -4 serrano chilies
- to taste pepper
- to taste garlic
- Put all items in blender and chop for 30-60 seconds.
- Pour into jar and refrigerate.
Simple enough recipe to make, and it tasted ok but not great. It seems to be missing something, but I can't put my finger on what that is.
