- 2 cups prepared polenta, cooled
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- Crumble polenta into 8x8 baking dish. Top with chili and cheese.
- Bake at 475 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
- Top with sour cream (optional).
