From Alton Brown, this is a cool way to get your tofu!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon instant lemonade mix
  • 6 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 (10 -12 ounce) package silken tofu


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

I really liked this. I used sugar-free lemonade mix and diet cranberry juice to lower the calories a little, but it still tasted refreshing and tangy. It was the perfect texture and perfect amount of sweetness. It does taste like tofu, however, so if you're not down with that, you might not like it.

I love Alton but I didn`t like this! I think I rather the fresh fruit then the canned fruit! Sorry! But for me this is 3 stars.
