Oooh, these are so yummy! Big and puffy and chewy soft and oh so cute! I loved how I could tear off pieces of flatbread where it was poofed up, and stuff it with sambhar. Really filling, as well! Thanks for a keeper!

Wonderfully easy and delicious. I will be using this dough for a few things, even though its great with just the shallots.

LOVED it! The dough was easy to make and handle.. I had to add in a bit more flour to make it smooth. They were cooked in less than 8 minutes. I didn't have shallots on hand, so used 1 small white onion, finely sliced. No tiles either, so baked them on baking sheets! We liked the addition of the onion, different from regular naan breads. Thank you, 2Bleu, for sharing this wonderful recipe, definitely a keeper!
