A sweet tangy marinated steak, perfect for summer grilling.
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1⁄2 cup plum sauce
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate steak overnight.
- Preheat grill; grill to desired doneness (8 minutes per side for Medium).
- Slice steak on diagonal into 1/2 inch strips and serve.
I made this steak for our International Night when we went to Tahiti. What a hit! This was the most tender steak I've ever had in my life. It melted in your mouth!
