      I've made this countless times and have never been disappointed. I've used homemade tahini and store bought organic tahini and it works out great either way. I now add roasted garlic vs fresh garlic (I use roasted garlic for my hummus as well) and add a bit of cumin to the tahini in addition to the crushed red pepper. So delicious! Thanks for sharing.

      This was great! I used mine as a dressing for falafel sandwiches on pita, which I love. The flavor was perfect and exactly what I hoped for. Thanks for sharing! ~Sue

      This was terrific!I always watch what goes into my body,so I never buy dips.I now have a healthy & flavorful dip to go with my 'Lisanatti Almond' jalapeno Jack cheese alternative & 'Health Valley' sesame seed multigrain cracker.The flavors play off each other and really tickle the taste buds!GR8 Job!!!       Yum, yum yum! I added more tahini and lemon juice, as I like a really tangy sauce. Had this spooned over Sesame Eggplant (Sesame Eggplant (Aubergine)), and it was fabulous! Later I ended up snacking on some red bell pepper, and let me tell you, this makes a superior dip for crudites. Thanks, mermaidmagic!
