Really excellent salad dressing! A friend gave me this recipe after teasing me with the great smells of her lunch.
- 236.59 ml olive oil
- 44.37 ml balsamic vinegar
- 4.92 ml tahini
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 59.16 ml soy sauce
- Blend together and serve on greens or with vegetables.
- store covered.
Yummy and unusual salad dressing. It tastes like a very rich balsamic vinaigrette. I wouldn't recommend adding anymore salt to your salad, as the dressing provides plenty from the soy sauce. Really nice change of pace. Thanks K & W & c! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
Rich, different, delicious! I used lots more tahini - if you increase the amount to 2 T this is definitely a five star recipe.
Wow, so delicious! I modified this so that the amount of oil was equal to the vinegar and added 2 tablespoons of the tahini, so that you could really taste the flavor. It was really super like this, it makes you want to lick the plate!
