- 118.29 ml mayonnaise, room temperature
- 29.58 ml tahini
- 9.85 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2.46 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2.46 ml fresh garlic, minced
- salt & fresh ground pepper
