This was a really nice sauce, went great with our felafel salad for dinner last night!
I really like this because it is not too tahinay. It has a nice light taste. I did use an organic good quality roasted tahini. We had this as dressing over cos lettuce for a simple salad. I would make this again for DH the same way. Made for Ramadan tag 2010.

Made this along with Sambousek (Spinach, Meat, Cheese Fillings) and a batch of falafel for an evening meeting with our team, which includes several muslims who cannot eat our local ham - and - bacon snacks. As there are some lactose and casein intolerant people, too, I made two batches, one regular and one with homemade dairy free mayonnaise and soy yoghurt. Both turned out great - this was a huge hit, and not one drop or crumb left. Too late to take photos, so sorry, but take it as a sign for how good it was :D Made for PAC fall 2009.
