  1. Cut apples into bite sized pieces.
  2. Toss apples in reserved pineapple juice and drain.
  3. In separate bowl mix drained pineapples, sugar, flour, eggs, apple cider vinegar and cool whip.
  4. Add 2/3 cup of peanuts.
  5. Add apples to mixture. Mix.
  6. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
