- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 350 g ground pork
- 250 g spaghetti sauce
- 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 100 g lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheese, coarsely grated
- 12 taco shells
- Sauté garlic, onion and pork. Cook until dry. Add Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt) and 1/8 tsp pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Bake taco shells in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3 minutes. Fill each shell with 1 tablespoon of sautéed mixture, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
