  1. Sauté garlic, onion and pork. Cook until dry. Add Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt) and 1/8 tsp pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Bake taco shells in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3 minutes. Fill each shell with 1 tablespoon of sautéed mixture, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
