My friend and I made this up for lunch and it was very good!!!!!
- 2 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Place on each taco both kinds of cheese, onion and sour cream; wrap and eat.
Great for a quick lunch or dinner! I used what I had on hand which was lite sour cream, green onion, & cheddar-monterey jack cheese (instead of the two different cheeses). I warmed the tortilla slightly in the microwave before filling. Thanks for the recipe!
This is great for a quick lunch on a work day. Loved the cheesiness with a bit of bite from the onion and the tang of the sour cream. I used red onion, reduced fat cheeses, reduced fat sour cream, and MIssion 96% Fat Free Heart Healthy Flour Tortillas.
