Good hearty soup the whole family enjoyed for dinner with corn muffins and a green salad. Doubled the recipe and was glad I did. Has a good amount of ground beef, perfect for my boys. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is like eating a taco, but without spilling the insides all over myself! Great flavor, and very easy. I topped mine with a dollop of sour cream, and had some cheese bread on the side. I added an extra cup of beef broth, as it was a bit too thick without it. I also added a dollop of sour cream to serve. I think kidney beans and corn would also make a great addition, just to change things up, or to stretch for more servings.

Mmmmmm, A ton of flavor with a small amount of work and made with things I almost always have on hand. I didn't have real twisted pasta, mine was only kind of bent, lol, but it worked fine. I replaced the hamburger with veggie crumbles and it was great. I'll surely make this again :D.

Delicious soup. I made this exactly as written using a medium picante sauce. The amount of heat was just right for me. I loved how easy this was to throw together.

This was a surprisingly tasty meal that was easy-peasy. I got home late tonight and was looking for something quick and warm (in light of our April snow today). I reduced the burger to half a pound, used vegetable broth and flat pasta. I used a corn and black bean salsa; / think that was a great addition. Next time I might add a few kidney beans too like another reviewer noted. echo echo has a point, this does not make a whole lot for 4 servings. The 3 of us gobbled the entire thing and we were all still hungry. Thanks for sharing this quick and easy taco soup. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

This soup turned out great. I love how easy it is to put together. It makes a quick meal for a weeknight. I served it with crusty bread and it was very filling and delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Tasty and filling soup. I had some for lunch today and am looking forward to getting a couple more lunches out of it (not a whole 4 servings--I made too much of a pig of myself for that). I substituted beef bouillon for the can of beef broth. I love how easy this one is when you're in a rush.

This was so easy to throw together on a hectic day! My kids all loved it and that is a plus. I sprinkled a little fiesta cheese on each serving and did add a little extra beef broth and tomatoes as I upped the serving to six and didn't want to throw away the excess in the cans. This must of been my week to make recipes by bmcnichol. We weren't dissappointed and hope to try a few more in the future!
