    Prep Time: 20 mins

    Total Time: 45 mins

    1. 1 Brown beef in medium skillet.
    2. 2 Drain beef.
    3. 3 For extra lean, rinse beef with hot water.
    4. 4 While beef is draining place taco seasoning, sofrito, water and onion in skillet over medium low heat for 3 minutes.
    5. 5 Add beef back to skillet and mix well.
    6. 6 Let simmer for 10 minutes.
    7. 7 Build your taco:.
    8. 8 Place cheese in shell.
    9. 9 Add meat.
    10. 10 Avocado.
    11. 11 Lettuce.
    12. 12 Salsa.
    13. 13 Sour Cream.
    14. 14 Or build it your way.
