Taco Stew--Sooo Fast and Tasty

"My whole family loves this taco stew (and they are very choosy eaters). It's really good--tastes spicy, and though fast, not at all like a processed meal. So, so fast--it's one of those things you can whip out in a jiffy when you've put off cooking dinner too long and need it done asap!"

  • Fry meat about 5 minutes. Add onion, add seasoning. Fry until onion is soft. Add all canned ingredients WITH juices. Bring to boil, simmer about 10 minutes. Serve on the side: grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives.
