This was REALLY good. We all had out doubts.....it doesn't look real colorful. I omitted ONE can of corn and substituted a can of whole black beans, just because corn is so high in carbs (bad for diabetics). I think, next time, I'll add some julianned red peppers to give it some more color. This actually was pretty low-carb, the spaghetti is not the most plentiful ingredient in this. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

This was good. My guys didn't leave much. I used 12 oz of spaghetti and Mexican blend cheese. That's what I had on hand. I think that next time I'll use 1 cup of water and add more if I need to. It was a little juicy for my taste. I must admit I cooked it all in a big dutch oven. I'm feeding 2 teenage boy and a hungry man. lol Thanks for the recipe.

What a qreat twist to speghetti. I really enjoyed this alot. It's very helpful that you added the directions for reheating after freezing, that is exactly what I did. Thank you for sharing this great recipe.

So good! I had my doubts when I pulled it out of the oven, but once I took my first bite I was sold! Excellent!! I also used a bit more pasta since we love pasta and I thought it was perfect. It's definitely going in the rotation!

Yum! Different twist to plain old spaghetti. Halved this recipe, prepared the night before I planned to bake it. Used plain frozen corn, since that's what I had on hand, and a little extra homemade salsa to compensate. Thanks, Tish, for the OAMC directions. This will be a wonderful casserole to keep in the freezer. Totally forgot the lettuce, tomato, and sour cream as toppings, but we enjoyed it very much as is. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is so good!! Everyone in my family loves it. I used the entire pack of linguine.. like 13oz or so. There were no leftovers... this is in the rotation for sure! (I didn't do the lettuce/tomato)

This was good, although I was disappointed that it didn't make more. Next time I think I will use at least 12 oz. of spaghetti. Of course, I am glad that I still have one in the freezer, but usually when I make a 9x13 casserole dish, I have left-overs; which I didn't with this. Over all still very good. 4 out of 5 kids liked this a lot. I did not use lettuce or tomatoes on the top, nor did I use chips. I don't think it needs it. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

This is very excellent. Like a good hamburger helper without all the processed food taste and without the overwhelming fat and sodium. I used half turkey and half beef and it was excellent. Definitely going to make again. Need to be careful to package in single serving casseroles. If I make a big casserole, my girls will eat like birds, and I will end up horking the entire remainder myself. Not good, on account of it being so good!

This was sooo freaking good!! I absolutely loved it. I made it exactly by the recipe - used 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb ground turkey. For the topping I used sour cream and lettuce - both were perfect. I was able to make 3 casseroles - I used 3 square disposable aluminum pans. 5 stars is my rating, my husband would probably give it 3 - he said it was "OK, but kind of bland". He may have liked a spicier salsa better. My 4 year old said he really liked it.

This was very easy to make and was very tasty! I also loved the convenience as my husband was more than capable of putting the second frozen casserole in the oven :)

I am giving this recipe 5 stars for the following reasons: EASY to prepare, very tasty, and makes a lot of food at a little cost! I actually got 3 smaller casseroles out of this recipe which is perfect for my family b/c it's my husband and I and two small boys. We can serve this with a salad on the side and we are good to go!

Easy to get on the table and the taste was great! We love anything with the word taco in it, so this was a surefire winner for us. We all agree that it has to be put on our monthly rotation of meals. My family will be happy when I do!

Was very impressed with this easy recipe. We made two 2 quart casserole dishes and each made dinner for two and lunch the next day. We froze both casseroles and they turned out great when reheated. Leftovers microwave just fine. The only substituition we made was using whole wheat spaghetti to make it a little healthier. Very tasty!

This is sooooo good! I wasn't sure about it when I read the recipe but decided to give it a whirl. My hubby and I both love it - this will become a regular around my house! I added some copped garlic to the burger and used 2 packets of smoky chipotle taco seasoning instead of one. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. YUMMM!

This was very good. The whole family really enjoyed it. The only comment was from my Dad, who said he'd have liked it a bit more spicy. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe.
