Taco Soup - Family Favorite

"This recipe was given to me at a Weight Watchers meeting (1 cup = 2 pts.). It has become one of my family favorites. We love it for leftovers and it's also good to freeze for later."

  • In medium stock pot, cook lean ground beef on medium high heat until browned. Drain beef and add onion, celery and bell pepper, saute until tender. Add taco spice and 2 cups of water cook about 15 minutes. Add ranch dressing mix, chile powder, cumin, cilantro, 2 cans tomatoes, corn and beans. Simmer 35 min on low.
