This soup is ready in 15 minutes from start to finish and is so easy since there you don't drain any of your cans. Serve with crackers and shredded cheese.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 28 ounces kidney beans
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 14 ounces corn
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning
- In a large pot brown meat and drain.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about ten minutes.
So hearty and easy to throw together! I did drain the beans (the juice looks gross to me lol) but otherwise made the recipe as written. Big thumbs up from everyone here!
