Another variation-most of this is from cans. It is super easy and wonderful. 1. Brown dried onion and hamburger on stovetop. 2. Add all the cans and taco seasoning and salsa. 3. Pour into bowls and top with chips and cheese.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) can beans in chili sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water (fill one of the empty cans above)
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Top with

  • 3 cups tortilla chips (stale chips are ok)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown dried onion and hamburger on stovetop in a large soup pot.
  2. Add all the cans, the taco seasoning and salsa.
  3. Simmer for 15-25 minutes.
  4. Pour into bowls and top with chips and cheese.
