Just what I needed for a mexican style meal, with lots left over for next time. I went a little heavier with the garlic, just personal preference and like Boomette I used onion powder vs onion salt. I only used 1/2 the amount of chili powder and that's suiting my young diners well. Thanks!

This is great! I didn't use salt and also I used onion powder instead of onion salt. I used it in Quick & Easy Taco Burger Casserole Thanks ChefCO Mom :) Made for Cookbook tag game

I forgot to give you your five stars. I'd give more if I could.

I reduced the chili (due to young children), omitted salt (read other reviews first) and added dried onion flakes (bought the wrong pack). Fast and easy, thanks for posting!

This is an essential at our house and I love having a recipe for it. It is great but not too spicey. Made for PAC Spring 2011.

Made this recipe for PAC 2010. I used it to spice up chicken breast strips for chicken fajitas and it was delicious. Much better then the store bought packets. Will make this again. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
