This is a really great recipe! I think this could benefit from adding a bit of flour or corn starch so that the water will thicken up and be more of a sauce consistency rather than remaining so liquidy. But other than that this is definitely my new go-to recipe for taco night - the flavor is just right. Could be too hot for some (I know my niece does not like spicy things, when she visits I'll cut back on the cayenne to 1/8 teaspoon) but it's just right for me personally as I love spicy foods. Thanks for sharing! =)

I used this today to make chicken quesadillas for lunch. It was good but I think next time I'll add more "heat" to it with more chili powder or cayenne pepper. It was at the perfect spicy level for my son though.
