YUM! This taco salad was the best one I have ever tasted! It was so easy to make, that I will be making this again soon. I used Lite Catalina dressing and it tasted great! I will try it with ranch next time. Thanks for posting, Ellie!

This is just excellent and so simple and quick to make. I made this for my daughter and I to have for a light dinner. She used the ranch dressing on her's and I put my own salsa on mine. We didn't add anything to the meat and lettuce but the tomatoes, onion (on mine) and cheese. We crushed some Jalapeno flavored Tostitoes on top and it tasted great. I wish I could have found an avocado for mine, but I will next time we make this. Thanks Ellie for a great and simple dinner.

I made this today for lunch for my DS and I and it was excellent! Very quick and easy to make. I left out the onion since DS is not a fan of onion. I also served it warm because we were hungry and couldn't wait for it to cool down. Otherwise, I made it as posted with ranch dressing. Thanks for posting!!!
