  1. Great tasty quick recipe. Just like tacos but you eat it with a knife and fork. I did halve it. I added salsa and left out the green pepper. Might add black olives next time too. I'll definitely make this again in a pinch.

  2. I used shredded chicken in this recipe and substituted 1 cup of jack cheese for some of the cheddar. I also omitted green peppers (I don't like them). Otherwise we loved it.

  3. Good quick and easy mexican dish, when you don't have the taco shells handy. I only put on top the sour cream, lettuce and cheese and still came out very good. It would be good as a potluck dish. It's defintely a keeper and will pass it around the friends and family.

  4. Love This! My family loves it too! Shared with the girls in the office.

  5. This recipe is very forgiving -- I did several things wrong, and it still wowed the guests AND the husband. It's filling and delicious. Thanks!

OK....so it's not a picture of me....these 3 beauties are my babies...and I look just like THEM! If I'm not working to save up for these weddings, I'm outdoors.....and if the weather is bad; I'm indoors cooking! Such is life........
