Taco Mac and Cheese

Quick, tasty and kid pleasing. I also put half a can of fire roast tomatoes in this recipe.

• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies , drained, Rotel
• 2 (7 ¼ ounce) boxes macaroni and cheese , Kraft
• 1 (1 ¼ ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, cook beef and taco seasoning mix over medium high heat stirring often, until beef is browned and crumbly.
2. Drain well.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes and chiles, and keep warm.
4. Cook macaroni noodles according to box directions.
5. Drain well.
6. Return to pan.
7. Stir in cheese packets and beef mixture.
8. Serve immediately.

This is the overall rating....my oldest son and I thought it was okay, my husband liked it, but not enough for 5 stars. I loved the simplicity.
