  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Spread on a platter.
  3. Place your favored toppings on in layers.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.

This was OK. I think the mayo can be skipped. It made it to rich.I also think if this was heated so the shredded cheese melted to make this stay together so dipping wouldn`t be so messy.
