I fixed this recipe exactly as posted and my family LOVED it!! My only problem was that I was confused about which chips to use. I used crushed Tostito chips but wonder if Corn chips would have added more flavor. Either way, this recipe is a definite "keeper"!! Thank you so much, Luvin' Texas!
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 16 ounces taco chips, crushed
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated cheese
