From my old "Tex-Mex" recipe collection.
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cancampbell bean with bacon soup
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup taco sauce
- In large bowl of electric mixer, beat ingredients until smooth. Chill.
- On waxed paper, shape mixture until you form 2 logs (8 x 1 1/2).
- Roll in parsley.
