A very yummy casserole! You may want to use a mild enchilada sauce. The first time I made it, I used to hot of a sauce.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 -2 lb hamburger
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 -12 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can olives, sliced
  • corn tortilla

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger, drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients and layer in casserole dish with corn tortillas.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
