A very yummy casserole! You may want to use a mild enchilada sauce. The first time I made it, I used to hot of a sauce.
- 1 -2 lb hamburger
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 -12 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can olives, sliced
- corn tortilla
- Brown hamburger, drain.
- Mix all ingredients and layer in casserole dish with corn tortillas.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
