  1. In large bowl, combine onion soup mix with meat, green pepper, tomato and chili powder; shape into 16 oval burgers.
  2. Grill or broil until done.
  3. Wrap in tortillas which have been pan fried to soften, or frankfurter rolls.
  4. Top with lettuce.
  5. 16 tacos.
