These were so good! I didnt have enchilada sauce so I used taco sauce and it still tasted deelish! I will surely make again.
Yummy and very easy to make! Thanks!
This was very good! I really did not think it would slice easily, but it did! Even my picky husband who is strickly a meat and potatos man went back for seconds and thirds. Thanks daggle!
What a lovely change to a normal pizza! (I mean, I love those too, but I like change!) These were easy to make, packed with so many gorgeous flavours and they disappeared super quickly here!
This was really good! Some tips: use soft Taco sized tortillas for sure - burrito sized is too big; you can cook the tortillas in the oven but watch carefully - they go from good to burnt very fast; and either way you cook them, poke them gently with a fork or something so they don't get too puffy - makes assembly difficult. Great recipe!!!
Ten times better than Taco Bell. I even put some hot taco bell sauce on top - no enchilada sauce needed! Great recipe for leftover ground meat!
Seriously amazing recipe! I've been craving these and try my best to avoid fast food as much as possible. All my kids loved this. One even asked if we could have this for dinner again tomorrow (we ate them tonight). Honestly, better than Taco Bell. Will be making these again soon. No suggestions on additions, they are perfect. They slice well with the pizza cutter. Thank you for the recipe!
Yum. Most Mexican pizza recipes that I've tried do not call for enchilada sauce. We really enjoyed that addition and loved the recipe. Thanks for sharing. Made for What's on the Menu Tag.
