  • 1 lb hamburger or 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 8 extra fluffy fajita-size flour tortillas (I use mission brand)
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) jar medium salsa con queso (newman's own)
  • shredded cheese (any type you would like)
  • green onion
  • cilantro

  • Cook your ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Add taco season and prepare as on package.
  • spray 2 round pie pans with Pam.
  • Take one tortilla and 1 tablespoon of the salsa con queso, spread queso on tortilla. Next layer on a thin coat of the taco meat. Then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Repeat with 2 more layers, for a total of 3 meat layers. The fourth and final tortilla will not have the meat on it, only salsa con queso and shredded cheese.
  • Repeat in next pie pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 10/15 mins until cheese on top layer is melted. Cut each taco bake with a pizza pie cutter into 4 pieces.
  • Garnish with cut green onion and cilantro.
