Very good. My hubby liked the cheese. I used a little ketchup in addition to the tomato sauce and I used left over taco meat. It was very filling, but not spectacular.

Very nice! I only used 2 ounces green chilies but everything else was done spot on.

This was good. I doubled it and put one in the freezer. I liked it served with parmesan on top!

This was good and easy. I made up the recipe, but left out the green chilies. I froze the meat mixture (without the noodles), then, thawed it, made fresh noodles, and mixed it together. My kids thought it was like a hamburger helper. (That means it is good in their book!)

very good recipe. I made it last night for supper, I did not have macaroni so I used shells instead and it still turned out great. I also did not add chilies, as my kids don't like them. My husband and I both liked this recipe but the kids were not so impressed with it. We had a bit leftover so I ate some for lunch today and it was very good as a leftover as well.

I did not eat this because I am vegetarian, but i made it for my boys. They gobbled it up. My husband took some to work the next day and gave some to his boss. His boos felt the need to call me while at work to tell me how awesome it was. It was SO easy to make. My husband buys bulk ground meat, cooks it, and freezes it. I pulled out a pack, threw this together and put it in the fridge for two days. When dinner time came I put it in the oven, walked away and 30 min later dinner was done. brvo and thanks to the reciepe.

Excellent, and very easy to make. I didn't have tomato sauce, so used a can of diced tomatoes and some tomato paste. Different twist on taco dishes with the pasta. Yummy! I only cooked half and froze half for later. Served with homemade refried beans and sour cream.

This was a great recipe to use left over taco meat. I used ground turkey and added a can or red kidney beans for added nutrients like my mom always did while I was growing up. I'm glad I added the beans, couldn't imagine the dish without them! Also used bow-tie pasta because my 2 year old thinks they are fun. This was easy to prepare and a great comfort food. Thank You!

We enjoyed this casserole. A very family friendly meal. Easy to make and works well for oamc. I made this for freezer tag and assembled through step 6. I then placed in a freezer bag. To serve, I thawed in the fridge and reheated in the microwave. It worked very well.

Excellent. I was really in the mood for something spicy, and cheesy, and this hit the spot. I would only mention one thing. My noodles did not quite cook through, so next time I will put all of the noodles at the bottom of the casserole dish, and not simmer it for quite as long so there is more tomato sauce for the noodles to soak up.

We made this with some changes (as usual). I had only thawed 1/2 lb of ground beef so I just used an extra 8 oz. of noodles instead of the other half pound of beef. My picky son cleaned his plate and my husband and I both felt that it was just hot enough with the green chilies. We did serve it with a dollop of sour cream and that set off the flavors perfectly. Another meal to add to the "easy weeknight" rotation! Thanks, Linda!

Terrific! I really liked this dish a lot and it was very easy to put together. I made it exactly as is, just added some chili powder & garlic powder to the meat while browning. Also, I used a mixture of cheddar & mozzarella cheeses. Thanks so much for posting! :)

Wow! This recipe rates 5 stars on so many levels! Where to begin...The instructions were so simple to follow that my husband actually made this all by himself tonight. He followed the recipe precisely with the exception of tossing a handful of crushed up corn chips on the top during the last 15 minutes of baking. My house smelled wonderful as the casserole baked. The taste was fantastic! I was very pleased with this recipe and plan on making it again often. This could easily be assembled earlier in the day and baked when you got home from work, too. Great recipe, thank you so much for sharing!

This is a great recipe that I have had for a long time. I originally got it from Taste of Home. It has great flavor and freezes well also. I often assemble it earlier in the day, stick it in the fridge and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pop it in the oven to be ready at dinner time. Thanks for posting!

I just realized I forgot to review this! We've been loving this recipe ever since I found it a few months ago. I use elbow maccaroni and leave out the chilis. Scarf City! Thanks for the great keeper. :)

The kids and I thought this was good but hubby didn't care for it. I used onion powder instead of onions because my kids don't like onions in things. I also used a mexican blend of cheeses instead of cheddar. I made it all on the stove top (didn't bake) too. I didn't add the chilies either (personal preference). Will make again when hubby isn' home :)

I'm not a big fan of tacos, but I thought this was pretty good. It's getting four stars because my husband, guests, and kids inhaled it. Good thing I didn't want seconds...There wouldn't have been any. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except I didn't have time to simmer the sauce for 20 minutes and it still came out pretty well. Thanks Linda!
