Directions

  1. In a medium sauce pan, bring water to full boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add bulgur, cover with tight fitting lid, and allow to stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Drain excess water.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to bulgur.
