T-Roy's J.d. Marinade

"My bud T-Roy gave me this recipe, and although I myself have not made it, I've been happy to eat a lot of good stuff he and his wife have made while utilizing this marinade. Lucky me, LOL."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 1/4 cups
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup dijon-style mustard
• 1⁄4 cup minced green onions with top
• 1⁄4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
• black pepper

directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
2. Use to marinade shrimp, scallops etc. for 1 hour.
3. For beef, wild game, (IE: venison, elk, moose, bear etc.) pork or any poultry Go for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
