WOW this sounds great i really like the ideal of the jalapenos
This was a huge success at our small gathering last night. I wrongly bought two sour creams instead of one cream cheese, but it still worked out, it was just a little runny. I added quite a bit of tabasco, and the pepper I used was called "Mild pepper", jalapeno is hard to find. I also used red onion as I had some to use up. I will make again. Friends said it tasted like a pizza!
Wonderful flavor and great for a party appetizer. I added a bit of garlic powder and used parmesan cheese for my choice of cheese. Easy preparation. Prepared for the Edition 8 of Make My Recipe Tag Event.
I've been meaning to make this for awhile now,as a thank you to Stardustannie for 'adopting' me in Spring pac.I wish that I had got around to it a lot sooner.I've had it twice this week already-both times with friends, and top marks were awarded on both occasions. It couldn't be easier to put together,it tastes great, and it looks fab.Thank you stardustannie-it's a winner!!
Wow, oh wow - this is just fabulous. So moreish and yummy! I've had this in my cookbook for so long and now I'm kicking myself for not making it sooner. I chopped everything up in my mini food processor. I couldn't get a cobb loaf but it fitted nicely into a Vienna loaf instead. Served with a icy cold beer for Dave and a nice NZ white wine for me. Stardustannie, we won't be beating you with a stick anytime soon!
made this for my nephews engagement party, and followed the recipe almost to a T, (jalapeno are not common here) I added a teaspoon of my home made chili sauce. turned out very well, also you can make the mixture the day before :)
I can't believe nobody has tried or rated this very easy to do and wonderful tasting recipe. I usually do a spinach dip like this, but this hot dip is awesome.I still like the spinach dip too,but I love this one. Thanks for posting this dip. Darlene
