Secrets of Hungarian Cooking. I haven't made this yet so I have no idea about the time or amount, but I do have a milk cow and plans. I don't even know where to put the little rascal so I'm going side dish. If anyone has a better place let me know. Dee.
- Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to curdle.
- Pour into a cheesecloth bag or cheesecloth lined colander to drain and set as it cools.
