- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 lb thin sliced beef
- 1⁄4 cup frozen chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3⁄4 beef broth
- 1⁄3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 16 ounces vermicelli, cooked according to directions
- 16 ounces frozen steamer pea pods, cooked according to directions

- Heat 2 TBSP oil in wok over medium heat.
- Add beef and stir fry until cooked(1-2 minutes).
- Transfer beef to plate; discard oil and wipe out pan.
- Heat 2 TBSP oil in wok; brown onions, garlic and ginger.
- Combine corn starch and beef broth, whisking unitl smooth.
- Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce and soy sauce into onion mixture.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir in beef.
- Toss with hot cooked pasta and snow peas.
