This is a fine, basic stir fry. I would not really call it Szechwan, it lacks the heat one associates with Szechwan, but my problem eater had seconds, and so it's worth making again for me. I subbed cabbage for the snow peas, also used sirloin instead of flank steak. I probably had half the meat but used all of the other ingredients. this is a super easy stir fry dish. we love hot stuff, so I added some hot sesame oil as I served. The baby corn and pea pods are alwaaaaaaaaaysss a good addition and I was able to pic up some (discount-bargain) round steak sliced very thin for about $1.25.. heck, the corn cost more than that. LOL Tagged in the newest tag and so.. glad we did. good one, KateL.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
